Newsletter & website privacy
MOVE newsletter
When you subscribe, Crossroad MOVE stores your email address, subscription time, consent record, and subscription status to maintain its newsletter list. Your address is available only through the owner’s private management tools. We do not sell the subscriber list.
Newsletter sending is not yet connected. Once releases begin, messages will include an unsubscribe option. You may also request removal by emailing crossroadconsultation3@gmail.com. Subscriber records are retained until removal is requested or no longer needed for this purpose; unsubscribed addresses are excluded from active newsletter exports.
Website activity
We count page views and consultation-link clicks by page and day. For page views, we also retain daily totals by approximate city, region, and country using network-location information supplied by our hosting provider. Map coordinates are rounded; we do not request GPS access or store street addresses. Location totals are kept for a rolling 90-day period and are visible only in the owner’s private dashboard. These counts are not linked to subscriber emails. We do not store browsing histories, advertising identifiers, or raw IP addresses in these analytics tables. Our tracking respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
To limit signup abuse, a temporary hashed network identifier and request count are retained for up to two hours. Hosting and embedded services may process their own technical logs.
Your browser & external services
Browser storage remembers when you dismiss the subscription popup or complete the signup form. It is not used to store the email list. Embedded scheduling and maps are provided by Calendly and Google and follow their respective privacy practices.
Keep health details private
